Alexa Hernandez

Assistant Manager | Events manager

Alexa loves going out to eat and enjoying delicious food and an elevated experience, so she seamlessly manages and heightens the event program at Cowboy Star to provide memorable and unique celebrations for our guests. She daydreams about living in the countryside of Southern Germany, and diving in a dry suit in the cold waters of Alaska, but for now she makes the most of San Diego living by spending free time taking her dog, Fred, to Fiesta Beach and going out for tapas with friends. Her love of good food keeps her coming back for more at Chef Jamie Decena’s pastry counter, and we can’t blame her!
